We came back swinging in our FOURTH year at Rockbar once again with New York Comic Con. And this time on a Saturday! All in all it was a record breaking year for the money being given to the Trinity Place Shelter because we raised $1,538! Along with that the WTHB also had another stellar press feature in The Queer Review by James Kleinmann, detailing everything from its conception to what the legacy of the show is looking to be. Thank you a ton to everyone who came and made this year THE BEST ONE YET! This year's cast included:

2018
2018 was a big year for the "We The Heroes Ball". Along with adding a second show in CT, and working alongside New York Comic Con again (as part of their #NYCCNow initiative), we were able to raise another $707 for the Trinity Place Shelter! Stellar anime, cartoon, video game, and comic performances were had by the great talent below and highlighted in the gallery. As a cast, we are incredibly proud of the night we had. 2017
The 2017 "We The Heroes Ball" was once again hosted at Rockbar NYC with the inclusion of HBC Digital's "Out & About" LGBT team becoming a co-sponsor for the event. The cast featured a wider array of talented and renowned queens, burlesque performers, kings, and singers. In addition to being featured in Time Out Magazine again (9/27/2017 issue), it was also featured on BleedingCool.com and was quoted by Joe Glass as being the "One of the biggest LGBTQ+ events occurring as part of NYCC" Surpassing last year's total, the money raised at the end of the 2017 show came out to be $1,050 to the Trinity Place Shelter!
